*Here is the Donation Form that you can print and give to people or businesses that want to give donations for our raffle baskets.
*Here is the IRS Documentation to give to businesses that make a donation to the American Cancer Society. They need this information for their tax records.
*Here is the receipt you can print and give out to anyone who makes a cash donation or writes a check to the American Cancer Society.
*Download the Team Sponsorship Letter here. Print, sign, and deliver to potential sponsors of money or items.
