Captain's Meeting - June 24th
OK - If you haven't checked the RFL website lately, DO IT NOW!!! Click the link at the top of the page. A lot of the information that you need to know is on that site.
1. If you want pictures of you loved ones to be put into the slideshow on event day email Janna Davila or roniveloz@yahoo.com. You will need to scan your photos or find someone who can. If you have submitted photos in the past, those photos are still in the slide show for this year. Send your photos before July 8th.
2. Everyone who is going to be at the Elks Unocal Event site must sign a waver. I will put the link to the page that you need. Folks need a waiver even if they are not on a team or participating in the event. It is a liability thing.
3. Photos will be taken on event day. $15.00. You can make a check out to ACS. I didn't know that. I thought that you needed to bring cash.
4. Bank Night is July 6th. I am signed up to go at 7:00 pm. Almost everyone was able to get a t-shirt.
5. All money has to be turned by July 10th at 5:00 pm in order for our team to get the credit. Otherwise the money goes to the general funds.
6. Review campsite rules and what to bring page. I will put the links up.
7. Campsite set-up will start on Friday July 9th. There will be no overnight camping on Friday.
Thanks

Captain's Meeting - May 28th
1. Bank Night is July 6th. This is when I will pick up the t-shirts for everyone.
2. Turn in Luminaria Money to me with the form. The accountants will send the paper to the Luminaria tent.
3. All team participants will need a parking permit. Last year there were two accidents and no one knew who the cars belonged to. They were towed without the owners knowledge. We don't want to repeat that this year.
4. Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable drink containers. This will help eliminate trash on the track.
